What are the advantages of being a Class A Owner?

Class A owners are full equity owners in the CUSO providing an opportunity for a Board seat as well as for growth in equity/value and annual distributions of income.

What are the advantages of being a Class B Owner?

Class B owners generally receive immediate and ongoing pricing discounts on services being utilized, as well as potential annual distributions of income generated from those services, and Class B owners also have small portions of equity in either the CUSO or services and thus, have ongoing opportunities for input and feedback that will continue to improve the services.

What are the Advantages of being a Partner – Class C owner?

The CUSO C-Shares are reserved for our Industry Partners (Vendors, Suppliers. Leagues, etc) providing an opportunity for ongoing feedback and involvement in product development as well as providing opportunities for investment and marketing of services.

As a Class B owner do I also own Equity in the CUSO?

In some cases yes in other cases no. For new products developed by the CUSO the opportunities for equity when purchasing initial B shares in a new offering are greater. Generally, limited quantities of B-Equity Shares will be available, first-come-first-served, for a small number of early adopters in newly developed services.

What if I just want to use a product or service and not be a Shareholder?

You can absolutely do that. The purchase of A or B shares is not requirement to utilize services.

Can Banks and Finance Companies be Class A and B Shareholders and own Equity in the CUSO or products?

Yes.

Can Partner (Class C ) Shareholders own equity in the CUSO or Products?

Yes.

Does this CUSO have a long-term vision and plans and processes for product development?

Yes. We intend to identify new market opportunities formally, at least twice annually. The end result is to research constantly, and ideally develop and implement at least one new product annually.

What’s the best way to get a good overall picture and understanding of where this CUSO is going?

Are there any asset size or other limitations to becoming a Product user or Owner?
